- Pictures are a mix of my own and those nabbed from the Internet. I will try to clarify if I think it's unclear, but, in general, it should be a pretty distinct difference (my pictures tend to be poorer quality and often times slightly blurred).
- I will, occasionally, edit entries after they are posted. Significant edits are marked as such, with the date, and are in green.
- Quoted material is in purple.
- Footnotes are in grey.
- Posts are formatted for the blog, and so might seem cramped or jumbled on Google Reader. Apologies.
- Comments are moderated and won't appear until I approve them for publication. I don't anticipate any scenario where a comment wouldn't be posted, but I'm trying to be a careful Internet user.
- Posts are written on the day during which the events described occur, but may not be posted until 24-48hr afterwards. Unless specified, the date on the post itself should be used as the correct date.
